A local owned company by Mr. Muji (Muji Sembahulun), an experienced guide in Lombok and local to Sembalun, founded Muji Trekker Tour & Travel in 2013. His familiarity with hiking and travel extends beyond simply knowing the path. Mr. Muji was born from a non-profit organization in Sembalun village called SCDC (Sembalun Community Development Centre), that focus on human resource development and waste management. In 2008, he began his career in the hospitality industry with a free English class. Born from a non-profit organization, Mr. Muji, the founder of our company, is committed to supporting the local community by providing free English classes, managing waste in Sembalun village, and actively participating in cleaning up Mount Rinjani programs.
