MUJI TREKKER PAYMENT METHOD

If you wish to book your trip with Muji Trekker Tour & Travel, we provide three trusted payment methods that we use for national and international payments. You can choose according to your wishes.

Once you confirm your bookings, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% per person to secure your airport or other location on Lombok Island for pick-up service, accommodations, and a trip package.

You can make the deposit payment through a bank transfer or TransferWise. You can make the final payment in our Lombok office using credit, Visa, Master Card, or cash, or you can settle the remaining amount a day before your arrival in Lombok.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Persons wishing to trek with Muji Trekker must sign an indemnity form and cancellation policy agreement before the trek or tour commences.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

Once you confirm your bookings, we will deduct 20% of the deposit from the total payment.

BOOKING FEE

Upon booking confirmation, you must pay a booking fee of 20% per person. The booking fee is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the total trek fee is payable should cancellation occur with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Trek guides reserve the right to change the trek route or duration at their discretion. No part of the fee is refundable once the trek has commenced.
