The Mayung Polak Waterfall, situated in Bandok village on the foothills of Mount Rinjani, South East Lombok, and West Nusata Tenggara, offers a glimpse into the real jungle during some parts of the trek, where one can spot wildflowers, wild birds, and other wildlife. This waterfall tour begins and ends in Tetebatu village, which serves as the starting point for the journey to Bandok village and the beginning of the walk from there. Since this waterfall is not well-known and doesn’t require hiking, you must be adequately prepared for the jungle trekking. If you choose to take this waterfall tour in Lombok, you have the option to spend one night in Tetebatu village. Alternatively, we can arrange to pick you up from your hotel anywhere in Lombok; we are delighted to assist you.

This one-day waterfall tour in Lombok begins and ends in Tetebatu village, situated at an elevation of 600 meters. It involves approximately 4 to 5 hours of hiking through the local garden and jungle, leading to the waterfall located within the jungle. While hiking, you can enjoy the stunning views of Mount Rinjani’s south-east side, and the breathtaking panorama of Bandok village will astonish you with the rural lifestyle of the locals. The hiking duration encompasses the lunch break at the waterfall, not the driving time from and back to your hotel. Therefore, this jungle trekking requires a full day.
