Once you confirm your booking, we will take a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% per person to secure your Airport or other location within Lombok island pick up service, accommodations and trip package.
The deposit payment can be via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Transfer Wise. And the final balance of payment is payable in our office in Lombok or you can pay one day before you arrive in Indonesia.

Persons wishing to trek with Muji Trekker must sign an indemnity form, and cancellation policy agreement before the commencement of the trek/tour.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
We take 25% of deposit from all total payment once you confirmed your bookings
BOOKING FEE
A booking fee of 25% pp must be paid upon booking confirmation. The booking fee is non refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the total trek fee is payable should cancellation occur with less than 72hrs notice.
Trek guides reserve the right to change trek route or duration at their discretion. No part of the fee is refundable once the trek has commenced.
