RINJANI VOLCANO TREKKING TOUR LOMBOK OVERVIEWS
Taking 2D1N Rinjani volcano trekking will be start form Sembalun village 1200m above sea level the main trekking centre to rich mount Rinjani summit 3726m. On the first day trek, walk trough a wide beautiful savanna to the camp site Sembalun Crater Rim 2639m for approx. 8hrs including lunch and break times. On the second day of the trek, you will be guided by our guide for the summit trek at 03:00am midnight to mount Rinjani summit 3726m above sea level.
DAY I ( Pick up service )
You will be picked up by our team, then drop you off to your hotel and your personal trekking needs have to be packed at night to prepare the trek on the day after.
DAY II ( 1st day trek - camp site 2639m Sembalun Crater Rim)
07:00 – 08:00 Breakfast, registration in the National Park Office and prepare to leave the hotel.
08:00 – 11:00 Begin the walk to Pos 1, locally called Pemantoan. Approx 3hrs. 1300m
11:00 – 12:00 Hike to Pos 2, locally called Tenge Ngean. Walk for approx 1 hrs. 1600m
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch break in Pos 2. 1600m
13:00 – 14:30 Hike to Pos 3, Pada Balong, approx 1,5hrs. Have a small break at 1800m.
14:30 – 17:30 Begin hike to Pelawangan Sembalunm, campsite. Walk for approx 3,5hrs. 2639m
17:30 – 18:00 Free time, sunset from the crater rim.
18:00 – 19:00 Dinner
19:00 Free time
DAY III ( 2nd day trek – Summit trek 3726m )
02:00 – 02:30 Wake up call, light breakfast, and prepare to hike the summit. 3726m
02:30 – 06:00 Hike to the summit.
06:00 – 07:00 Sunrise at summit. Can see Mount Agung in Bali & Mount Tambora in Sumbawa from the summit.
07:00 – 09:00 Hike back to the campsite.
09:00 – 10:00 Have a big break, a big breakfast, and prepare to hike back down to Sembalun village.
10:00 – 12:00 Hike down to Pos 3. Break.
12:00 – 13:00 Hike down to Pos 2.
13:00 – 14:00 Lunch at Pos 2.
14:00 – 14:30 Hike to Pos 1
14:30 – 16:30 Walk down to Sembalun Village. Transfer to Hotel/Next destination.
