The most popular hiking program, Hiking Mount Rinjani 3 Days–2 Nights via the Sembalun Trekking Route, allows you to explore the Rinjani volcano from 1200 m Sembalun village to 3726 m Mount Rinjani summit. It also allows you to explore the crater lake Segara Anak, which is 2010 m above sea level, and the cozy hot springs that you can explore on your second day trek, which takes approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the campsite by the lake. HIKING MOUNT RINJANI OVERVIEWS

This hiking mount Rinjani The journey will commence at 1200 m above sea level in Sembalun village and conclude at 500 m above sea level in Torean village. If you enroll in this trekking program, you will spend one night pre-trekking in either Sembalun village, the main Rinjani trekking center, or another location in Lombok. On the first day of the trek, you will walk through a wide, beautiful savanna for approximately 8 hours from Sembalun to the camp site. “Sembalun On the second day of the trek, our guide will take you on a summit hike to Mount Rinjani, which is 3726 m above sea level, starting at 3:00 a.m. at midnight. From there, you will walk down to Lake 2010, the second camp site. You will have the opportunity to explore the lake and visit the hot spring waterfall, which is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the Lake 2010 camp site. On the final day of the trek, you will traverse a picturesque valley as you descend to Torean village, where you may catch a glimpse of the stunning Penimbungan waterfall, which reaches a height of approximately 100 meters.

HIKING MOUNT RINJANI ITINERARY

Day 0: Arrival – Sembalun Hotel

Our driver will pick you up at your arrival place in Lombok, then take you to the Mount Rinjani Trekking Center—Sembalun Village, 1200 m above sea level, and check you into the hotel. It takes approximately 3 hours to drive from south, west, and north Lombok. Our guide will meet you at your hotel in Sembalun upon arrival and give you a briefing about the trek.

Day 1: Trekking to Sembalun Crater Rim 2639m

On the first day of the trek, our team will pick you up from your hotel at 7:00 a.m. after breakfast, take you to the clinic for a health checkup, and then register you at the Mount Rinjani National Park office. We will drop you off at the trekking gate, where you will begin your hike to Sembalun Crater Rim (Campsite 2639 m). Overnight

Day 2: Mount Rinjani Summit Trek (3726 m)

Our team will wake you up on the second day of the trek so you can prepare for the summit walk. Our porter will serve your light breakfast before starting the trek up to the summit. At normal times, it takes approximately 3 hours to hike up to the summit and 2 and a half hours to walk back from the summit. After the summit trek, our team will serve your second breakfast and then prepare you for a 3-hour walk down to the lake, where you will spend the night.

Day 3: Descent via the Torean Trekking Route

After serving your breakfast, our team will prepare to walk back via the Torean trekking routes, starting at 8:00 a.m. and lasting approximately 9 hours, including lunch breaks. As you walk through the green canyon and witness the incredible Penimbungan waterfall on your way down to Torean village, our driver will be ready to drop you off at your next destination in Lombok. HIKING MOUNT RINJANI PRICE TABLE

We offer three types of trekking package services: Standard, Deluxe, and Premium package services, as listed below on the price table. All prices included two times private transports with full AC (in and out), one-night accommodation before trekking, all camping equipment, food and beverages, a national park entrance ticket, national park inbound insurance, operational transport around the trekking center, an English-speaking guide, porters, snacks, and fruits. Depending on the trekking package service you choose, you will receive different types of accommodation, camping equipment, and meals, as detailed below:

Standard Package Service: Included one-night standard rooms, a 7-cm mattress during the trek, the warmest sleeping bag (maximum -6⁰), a table, chair, a toilet tent, and enough food and beverages during the trip.

Deluxe Package Service: This package includes a one-night stay in a bungalow or superior room, a 22 cm air bed during the trek, a warmest sleeping bag that can accommodate up to 6 people, a table and chair, a toilet tent, a variety of food and beverages throughout the trip, a dinner voucher at Darleen´s Cafe and Resto for those spending one night in Sembalun village, and a free panoramic walk at the trekking center for late arrivals.

The Premium Package Service includes a one-night stay in a suite room, a 22 cm air bed during the trip, medic assistance during the trip, the warmest sleeping bag (maximum 6), a table and chair, a toilet tent, a variety of food and beverages during the trip, a dinner voucher at Darleen´s Cafe and Resto for those who spend one night in Sembalun village, and a free panoramic walk at the trekking center for arrivals as late as 2:00 p.m.
